Following the instructions
below will enable SeoPros to complete the investigation quicker.
I don't know the
offender what do I do?
How do I report submission and keyword Spam?
How do I
report email spam or marketing practices?
If you are unable or
don't know the Offender:

the site may have been optimized by
the owner.

if there is a contact email address
please put it in the offending party contact info, the
investigator will contact them to see if a 3rd party is the
offender
Spam
submission or keyword abuse complaints: should
include an engine to aid member engines and the investigator in
their investigation. In the details box please supply a few
examples of the abuse.
Submission complaints are
generally only accepted from member engines, however, submit:
- if you believe a submission service
or application is non-compliant
- full disclosure of reporting party
member status and the possibility of a competitor using the
registry to gain advantage will be investigated. This is to ensure a competitor is not
using this service to gain advantage.
If your complaint is marketing
practices related, ie: email spam or misleading information
is being used to market a service or application:
- Misleading
Information: provide additional details in the
details field with a url to the information if available.
- Spam Email:
fill in the form, submit it, make note of the TrackingID
- forward a copy of the spam to: spamreport@seopros.org
with the TrackingID in the subject or body of the email.
- Offenders will not only be added to
our list, your complaint may be forwarded to other
organizations
